Mary Lynn Coyle

Mary Lynn Coyle provides executive level knowledge in the following industry, professional and nonprofit arenas – information technology, management consulting, executive search, Internet, petroleum, solid waste, waste water, petrochemical, automotive aftermarket, food, travel, financial services, healthcare and education.

She has overseen all elements of external and internal communications, including brand strategy, corporate identity, marketing communications, new media, public information, media relations, publications, direct marketing, advertising, agency management, meetings and special events, internal communications, crisis communications, merger and integration communications, product publicity, speechwriting, multimedia production, community relations, trade exhibits, charitable giving and speakers’ bureaus. Mary Lynn has also designed several global communications programs, which have won almost 50 international, national and local communications awards.

She has directed communications issues and global programs in more than 20 countries while helping implement locally by establishing a management network unifying communications employees and public relations agencies on three continents. She set guidelines for hiring local agencies and participated in selection process. Mary Lynn has also assisted in development of professional services in the Hasemite Kingdom of Jordan, recommended improvements to government tourism materials for Slovenia, and presented a seminar in India on best practices in corporate communications.

Linda Baker

Linda Baker has extensive experience in marketing national specialty retailers, including Pier 1 Imports, Zale Corporation, County Seat Stores and Helzberg Diamonds. In addition to working in the for-profit business sector, Linda also has non-profit experience, which includes the American Heart Association.

She has overseen the strategic planning and brand management processes of these well-known brands, as well as created and maintained production and media budgets; managed advertising, media, and PR agencies; created innovative sales promotions; directed the development of internal and external publications; developed comprehensive training materials; produced special events, corporate meetings and trade show exhibits. Linda has directed the overall creative production of in-store collateral, direct mail, advertising, and coordinating sales promotions.

She directed the American Heart Association’s national call center, which included sourcing for qualified call centers with health-based knowledge; developed call center procedures, call flow and escalation processes; developed scripts, training materials and incentive programs for internal customer service teams and call center representatives. She also directed the operational processes for website content management at the association.

Derick Schaefer

Derick Schaefer is a 15 year veteran of the business information technology industry specializing in business to IT alignment and Internet Marketing. In his career, Mr. Schaefer has consulted for enterprise organizations including McDonald's, Sears, Roebuck, & Co, HSBC, Occidental Petroleum, and Texas Instruments. His career includes employment at Cambridge Technology Partners, RPG's Zensar Technologies, and a 10 year stint at the Microsoft Corporation. While at Microsoft, Derick Schaefer spent 5 years in Microsoft Consulting Services in both Dallas and Chicago consulting with enterprise customers and partners.

For the next 5 years he served in the leadership team of Microsoft's Enterprise and Partner Group (EPG) as the Worldwide Director of Services and Technology Sales for Microsoft's coveted Global Accounts Division. As a part of this role he ran Global Account's Customer Leadership Program where he worked with small and medium sized business that were the downstream divisions of large corporate multinationals such as Nestle and Siemens to better understand the gaps between their business needs and Microsoft's technology stack. It is in this role where his passion for small business began.

Tim Hayden

Brad Schwartzman
Brad Schwartzman is founder and managing director of Elite Productions, a boutique lifestyle and creative services marketing agency specializing in the non-traditional, grass-roots, event, experiential, and field marketing arenas. Alin Bijan
Alin Bijan is an award-winning Producer/Director with over 20 years of experience in the multimedia industry.

His creativity and expertise in film, video, photography, design and web development have resulted in myriad high quality multimedia productions. His style and demeanor put clients at ease, making for an extremely comfortable working environment. Some clients include FedEx, Jani-King, Frito Lay, Stevie Ray Vaughn, World Combat League, and US Global Nanospace.

Alin recently produced and directed the feature film "Bells of Innocence," starring Chuck Norris. In addition, he produced "Birdie & Bogey" (starring Janine Turner and Mike Norris), "The Rage Within", "Midsummer", and “Waiting”. He’s has also produced & directed "Seduction of Innocence", which has been distributed internationally and aired on HBO.

Alin is the Executive Producer and Director of two documentary style series (25 episodes) such as "World Business: 2000" and "America's Very Best". These programs have aired on The Discovery Channel, and the USA Network. FOX Television aired his series "Hot TV". He has also produced an episode of “Biography” TV show for A&E channel.

Alin’s passion for film-making resulted in three recent awards, a Telly Award, an Aurora Award and an Axiem Award for directing the feature film "Bells of Innocence.” "Birdie & Bogey" recently won the Best Feature Film at the Deep Ellum Film Festival. Additionally, he won a Hermes Award for a docu-drama he directed.
Paula Grissom
Paula Grissom has extensive Strategic Marketing, Brand Management, Communications and Advertising experience in packaged goods, national restaurant and foodservice industries plus non-profit. She brings to the table precision strategic marketing in addition to communications and advertising capabilities. Paula’s client-side experience sets her apart from most because she understands the client’s perspective based on real experience.

She facilitates strategy sessions and develops strategic plans all the way through the communications and advertising process. She believes that a strategic marketing roadmap is necessary before investing valuable client time and money into communications and advertising. In order to meet business objectives and obtain measurable results, it is critical to “start at the top of the page.”

Paula has worked as Director of Business Consulting and Multi-channel Strategies for one of the largest non-profits in the U.S., the American Heart Association. There she directed the marketing, program development and launch of its $12 million Integrated Communications System for health and behavioral modification. She also directed development of several topical health information sites. Prior to AHA, she was Vice President of Marketing for Black-eyed Pea Management Corporation for 14 years, overseeing marketing and advertising for four restaurant concepts managing a $13 million budget. Her restaurant marketing includes Black-eyed Pea, Taco Bueno, Crystal’s Pizza & Spaghetti, Casa Bonita, Pizza Inn, Rigatoni’s Italian Restaurant, and Chisholm Trail Steakhouse. Her agency experience includes Bloom Advertising and INN Advertising at the account director level. Most recently, her clients include B2B and B2C in areas of financial lending, online fundraising, website development, e-marketing, non-profit membership acquisition, and crisis management.
